This website is operated by Nomadka. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nomadka.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any other policies made available on our website.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, descriptions and photographs as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and, in the case of handmade products, individual items may have small variations.
Some Nomadka products are available in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Nomadka is not currently registered for GST, and GST is therefore not charged on our sales.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Product safety
Please read and follow all product-specific safety information, warnings, care instructions and recommended usage information supplied with your purchase.
Pet toys are intended for supervised play. No pet toy is indestructible. Please regularly inspect toys for damage and discontinue use if they become damaged or if parts become loose or detached.
Products identified as collectable items for ages 14+ are not children’s toys and should be used and displayed in accordance with the warnings accompanying the product.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including Nomadka branding, text, graphics and original content, may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.
Some products, artwork, trademarks and designs offered or displayed by Nomadka may belong to or be licensed from their respective creators, artists, brands or rights holders.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the relevant time will apply.
